WellPack Industries is a manufacturing Coil Nails and all types of nails located in Sanosara of Gujarat, INDIA.

WellPack Industries have experience of around 11 years of in Nail making industry. We are also expertise in making 15 degrees Collated Coil Nails.

WellPack Industries manufactures Collated nails, Galvanized Collated nails & Coil Roofing nails. Collated nails consist of sizes from 2.1 mm to 3.4 mm in diameter and 25 mm to 125 mm in length. Recently, we have started our plant for concrete nails. Wellpack Industries has a large market share in the INDIAN market with dealer chains all over locations and is expanding in Western, Middle Eastern and European markets of the Globe.

Also called masonry nails. Available in smooth shank, straight fluted & twilled fluted shank for different substrate hardness.

COIL NAILS

Commonly replaced with bulk nails used for fastening wooden cable drums, wooden pallets & wooden boxes etc. Coil nails is used with a pneumatic nailer also know as coil nailer. The nail coil is fed in to the nail tool which is attached to air compressor and triggered on the surface need to be fastened.

Coil nails range from 2.1 mm to 3.4 mm in diameter and 25 mm to 125 mm in length. It has varnish coating for protection from rust and humid atmosphere. It has three types of shanks- 1-Smooth Shank, 2-Screw Shank and 3-Ring Shank.

COIL ROOFING NAILS

15 degree Coil roofing nails are used to make roofing installations easy and quick. Coil Roofing Nails are mostly used in construction of wooden homes in U.S and European markets

COIL NAILING TOOL

Pneumatic coil nailer is used for fastening coil nails to wooden packaging. Pneumatic nailers have four common size tools used for nailing as mentioned below:

  • CN55 –used for coil nails from 2.1 mm to 2.5 mm in diameter and 25 mm length to 56 mm in length.
  • CN70 –used for coil nails from size 2.3 mm to 2.8 mm in diameter and 50 mm to 70 mm in length.
  • CN90 –used for coil nails from 2.5 mm to 3.05 mm in diameter and 56 mm to 90 mm in length.
  • CN130 –used for coil nails from 2.8 mm to 3.4 mm in diameter and 70 mm to 125 mm in length.
